Mo’ Bettahs is seeking a hands-on Manager to lead daily operations across FOH and BOH, ensuring cleanliness and high service standards. You will drive store performance and customer satisfaction while managing schedules and reporting metrics.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership in food service, strong communication, and a proactive, details-focused approach. This on-site position offers competitive pay and benefits in Utah.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management.
• Proven track record of promoting team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the brand daily.
• Oversee both FOH & BOH operations.
• Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant across FOH & BOH.
• Drive Same Store Sales growth.
• Monitor line speed via transaction times.
• Serve as primary contact for customer service and reviews.
• Ensure quality food following Mo’ Bettahs standards.
• Coordinate weekly meetings with leadership staff and trainers.
• Review and adjust weekly employee schedules.
• Complete weekly reports, inventory, and ordering.
