Mo’ Bettahs in Utah is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to oversee daily brand execution, maintain high standards, and supervise both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

You will drive sales growth, ensure quality food, manage schedules, and lead trainings while upholding Mo’ Bettahs values of hospitality and culture.

This role requires 18+, HS diploma, 2+ years managing up to 40 team members, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Competenze

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management.
• Proven track record of promoting team members.
• Experience identifying and developing talent within a team.
• Ability to make difficult personnel decisions.
• Live by Mo’ Bettahs values.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

Mansioni

• Lead the execution of the brand daily.
• Oversee FOH & BOH operations.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness in all areas.
• Drive Same Store Sales growth.
• Monitor line speed via transaction times.
• Serve as primary contact for customer service and reviews.
