Mo’ Bettahs in the United States is seeking a motivated restaurant leader to drive daily brand execution and supervise both FOH and BOH operations. You will ensure cleanliness, maintain high service standards, and coordinate weekly trainings and staff scheduling while promoting a collaborative, aloha-filled culture.

The role requires experience in managing up to 40 team members, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to develop talent.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management.
• Proven track record of promoting team members.
• Experience identifying and developing talent within a team.
• Ability to make difficult personnel decisions.
• Live by Mo’ Bettahs Values and the aloha spirit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution of the brand daily.
• Be competent in all FOH & BOH positions.
• Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant, FOH & BOH.
• Drive Same Store Sales growth.
• Monitor line speed via transaction times.
• Serve as primary contact for customer service and reviews.
• Execute quality food following Mo’ Bettahs standards.
• Coordinate weekly meetings with leadership and trainers.
• Review weekly employee schedules.
• Complete weekly reports, ordering, inventory, etc.
• Know Mo’ Bettahs culture inside out.
• Follow health, safety, sanitation, and appearance standards.
• Ensure staff follow policies outlined in the handbook.
