Qualifications

• Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management.
• Proven track record of promoting team members.
• Ability to make difficult personnel decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily brand execution.
• Oversee all FOH/BOH roles.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness for FOH/BOH.
• Drive same-store sales growth.
• Serve as primary customer service contact and reviews coordinator.
