Job summary

Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations at our Lawrenceville, GA location. The GM will direct, coach and develop team members across shifts, ensuring food, beverage and service standards meet company expectations.

The role requires at least three years of high-volume restaurant management, exceptional leadership, and a strong guest-service focus to deliver an outstanding dining experience while driving financial performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Minimum of three years of high-volume full-service restaurant management experience.
• Exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
• Ability to attract, train, develop and retain top team members.
• Strong guest service focus with a focus on delivering an exceptional dining experience.
• Ability to define, measure and attain financial goals for the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coach, train and develop team members across shifts to exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure adherence to food, beverage, service standards and sanitation.
• Partner with AGM to ensure financial performance and implement cost controls.
• Plan and execute initiatives to improve restaurant performance.
• Communicate effectively with guests, team, and vendors.
