Job summary

You will collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and uphold MGM's standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, budgets, labor, scheduling, inventory, guest service, and marketing execution.
• Oversee HR responsibilities for restaurant including coaching, performance feedback, hiring and succession planning.
• Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and address complaints; manage feedback channels.
• Enforce policies, procedures, training, menus, and health/sanitation standards across staff.
• Maintain knowledge of venue food/beverage offerings and equipment; ensure kitchen-dining coordination.
