The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of managerial experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of union labor relations to optimize kitchen performance and menu development in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Has 3-5 years of managerial experience.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Familiar with union labor relations and collective bargaining agreements.

Responsibilities

• Owns and oversees daily commissary kitchen operations, budgets, labor, scheduling, inventory, guest service standards.
• Represents the commissary in divisional, property or corporate meetings and ensures policy execution.
• Maintains health, sanitation and cleanliness standards and completion of compliance training.
• Collaborates with divisional Directors and Executive Chefs to ensure seamless product delivery across kitchens.
