Ambrosia QSR is seeking a General Manager in Tacoma, WA to oversee all restaurant operations, guest service, and profitability. You will lead a team across training, scheduling, and policy enforcement while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

The role requires open availability, strong accountability, and the ability to mentor staff. Prior management experience in fast-paced settings is essential to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Serv Safe training & certificate required.
• Experience with a POS system preferred.
• 2 years of hands-on food or retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff to meet goals.
• Schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate changes.
• Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Report and resolve issues promptly with the District Manager and HR.
