The role requires hands-on leadership, accountability, and the ability to maintain quality standards, food safety, and regulatory compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Serv Safe training/certificate preferred.
• Prior experience with a POS system is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff following training plans and company systems to meet goals.
• Schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate effectively.
• Enforce company policies, including compliance with laws and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and submit them on time as required.
