Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Serv Safe training & certificate.
• Prior experience with a POS System.
• 2 years of hands‑on food or retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff to meet goals.
• Schedule regular team and manager meetings; communicate changes.
• Enforce company policies; maintain accurate employee records.
• Report and resolve policy violations with district manager and HR.
• Foster a safe, inclusive work environment free of harassment or discrimination.
• Oversee guest experience; greet guests warmly and address issues promptly.
• Monitor restaurant operations to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Manage food safety, promotions, and inventory; ensure proper cash handling and POS usage.
