Job summary

Church’s Texas Chicken is seeking a results-oriented General Manager to lead one restaurant location, ensuring a high-quality, value-driven guest experience with fast, friendly, and accurate service in a clean, safe environment.

The RGM will oversee sales, expense control, inventory, and team development, directing reports such as the Assistant Restaurant General Manager or Shift Leader. Strong leadership and adherence to policies are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting.
• Must complete all training and pass applicable tests.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Creates an in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations with friendly, quick, and accurate service.
• Communicates with guests to obtain feedback and identify service and food quality improvements.
• Resolves guest complaints using the listen, apologize, satisfy and thank model.
• Ensures calls are handled promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Directs and conducts regular team training and provides feedback for improvement.
• Develops team members through coaching and cross-training.
• Maintains a positive work environment and enforces company policies and labor laws.
• Manages inventory, maintenance, and operational reports.
