Responsibilities

• Achieve plan profit levels while maximizing guest satisfaction.
• Plan and analyze unit manpower and training for all employees.
• Recruit, train, and conduct new hire orientation.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and document outcomes.
• Ensure food safety, proper presentation, and sanitary standards.
• Monitor temps and food handling to reduce risk factors.
