Perkins Restaurant & Bakery in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and drive sales and profits through policy enforcement and staff direction.

You will guide team members to ensure guest satisfaction, manage staffing, training, and staffing plans, and uphold safety, sanitation, and service standards while delivering a positive work environment.

Formación

• One to two years previous experience in a supervisory role in food service.
• High school diploma; some college or degree preferred.
• Effective communication with employees, guests and vendors in person and by telephone.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Assist GM in planning and analyzing manpower for operations.
• Achieve plan profit levels while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit, gift cards and all payments of guest checks.
• Assist in planning and analysis of restaurant unit manpower and staff development.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and new hire orientation.
