You will supervise all staff, manage staffing and training, ensure ServSafe standards, oversee inventory and costs, and deliver guest satisfaction. A strong leadership background in food service and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years management experience in food service.
• High school diploma required; some college or degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of the assigned restaurant to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Supervise all employees including subordinate managers.
• Ensure execution of tasks and systems for guest satisfaction and a quality work environment.
• Plan unit manpower and training.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and orient new staff.
• Maintain food safety and ServSafe certification.
• Ensure menu items are prepared and served to standard.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and cost controls.
