Job summary

Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchisee, is looking for a Restaurant General Manager in Cedarburg, WI. You will lead restaurant operations within brand standards, coach a motivated team, drive customer satisfaction, profit and growth, and set the tone for excellence.

This hands-on leadership role includes building people capability, recruiting and training top talent, developing managers, and delivering a consistent guest experience while managing labor, food supply, and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience in QSR or retail with P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and proven team-building background.
• Passion for excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and speed.
• Proficient in basic business math and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Build People Capability and lead with purpose.
• Recruit, train and develop top talent; mentor managers and team members.
• Serve as culture champion; uphold brand values and performance feedback.
• Deliver consistent guest experiences and ensure safe, welcoming environments.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and health/safety standards; resolve issues to exceed service expectations.
• Grow brand, sales, and profits; manage cash control, labor optimization and brand compliance.
• Maintain facilities and equipment per brand standards; monitor performance and targets.
• Develop and execute restaurant-specific Annual Operating Plans.
