Mo’ Bettahs is seeking a dedicated restaurant leader to drive daily brand execution, oversee both front and back of house operations, and ensure restaurant cleanliness. Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management.
• Proven track record of promoting team members.
• Experience identifying and developing talent within a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily brand execution across FOH & BOH.
• Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant for both FOH & BOH.
• Drive Same Store Sales growth and monitor line speed via transaction times.
• Serve as primary contact for customer service and manage reviews.
• Coordinate weekly meetings and review staff schedules.
• Prepare weekly reports and complete inventory tasks.
