Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of GM experience in a high-volume, upscale, or fine dining restaurant.
• Experience managing annual restaurant sales of $6 million or more.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L management, labor, inventory, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Proven ability to lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations.
• Exceptional polish, professionalism, and executive presence.
• Commitment to memorable hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Experience recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing managers and hourly staff.
• Ability to establish clear expectations and hold the team accountable for results.
• Strong partnership skills with Executive Chef and senior leadership.
• Dedication to maintaining exceptional standards for service, food quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
