Upscale Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

• Daily Operations for the front of the house with a focus on quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
• Take responsibility for all daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, delegating tasks, supervising service, and strong floor presence
• Work closely with the team to ensure guests have extraordinary experiences
• Strong Leader – Needs to be able to uphold standards with the team and implement systems
• Cost control in all areas
• Problem Solver - Effectively leads the team, positively and proactive to handle challenges and solve issues that may arise

Upscale Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

• Strong Sense of Premium Culture – needs to be able to implement systems and create a structure
• Experience - 3 or more years of relevant experience with upscale premium
• Have a passion for great food and great service
• Passionate about the Industry with an ownership mentality, managing staff while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Experience with Volume of at least $4 million in annual sales and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must bring positive, high energy to the room and bring great ideas
