Job summary

Burger King - 1650 - Seaside is seeking a Restaurant Manager to profitably operate the restaurant within Burger King Corporation standards. This role focuses on cost control, customer service, restaurant and employee appearance, building sales, maximizing profits and employee development.

You will lead front counter service, train staff, monitor labor schedules, handle payroll, analyze P&L, ensure health and safety, and maintain the brand image.

Qualifications

• High School or GED; some college preferred; Previous restaurant experience desirable.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be Serv Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Front counter service to ensure quality, train and coach employees in courtesy and handling complaints.
• Plan, train and review operations with management.
• Develop and maintain sales and local store marketing.
• Monitor costs, analyze P&L, and control inventory and labor.
