Job summary

Burger King Lakeport is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure top-quality customer service, control costs, and maximize profits in a fast-paced QSR environment.

The ideal candidate will lead a team, train staff, schedule labor, monitor safety and brand standards, and collaborate with the District Manager to improve performance. Serv Safe certification and prior restaurant management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Serv Safe certification preferred.
• Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience is desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain high service quality.
• Control costs, monitor inventory, and maximize profits.
• Train, coach and schedule team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure health, safety and brand standards are followed; manage cash handling.
• Communicate with District Manager and implement local marketing plans.
