DRG Meats Alaska LLC is seeking a General Manager to mentor a team, drive operational excellence, and maximize restaurant profitability. The GM will recruit, train, and develop leaders while ensuring world-class service and quality food, in alignment with DRG values.

Responsibilities include P&L management, enforcing policies, coordinating with Area Coach and Director of Operations, and maintaining compliance.The role requires English proficiency, SERV Safe certification, 18+ years, 2+ years

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability.
• Must pass the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Reliable transportation, clear criminal background check, and an acceptable MVR.

• Team development: identify, train and mentor high-potential individuals.
• Operational excellence: deliver world-class operations and strong financials.
• P&L management: maintain strong financial results and maximize profitability.
• Leadership: liaison between upper management and team with open-door policy.
