Job summary

Marco’s Pizza, Hoogland Restaurant Group’s premier Marco’s franchise, seeks a General Manager to lead operations and people development in a fast-paced environment. You will focus on delivering outstanding product quality and guest service while growing sales and controlling costs.

You will recruit, train, and manage staff, handle scheduling and payroll, and ensure adherence to company policies and standards for safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service
• Source and interview store employees to ensure alignment with values
• Train team on processes, customer service, and policies
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings and shift leadership
• Manage scheduling, payroll, benefits, and performance reporting to home office
• Maintain product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation
• Monitor inventory levels and ordering; complete weekly & period inventories
• Drive store KPIs and create action plans to improve business
