Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for Marco’s Pizza to lead and develop a high-performing team, drive exceptional customer service, and manage costs at the store level. You will oversee scheduling, payroll, benefits, and performance reviews while ensuring top-notch product quality.

You will create and execute store Action Plans, monitor weekly KPIs, and maintain store operations and security, with a focus on sustaining a world-class guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Develop store Action Plans including marketing to improve the business.
• Manage weekly KPIs and ensure goals are met.
• Oversee inventory planning, par levels, and ordering system.
