Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for Marco’s Pizza, a leading US pizza franchise. You will lead and develop team members, drive sales, manage costs, and ensure top quality product and customer service.

Relocation is expected to support our expansion efforts. You will oversee HR activities, scheduling, payroll, benefits, and performance reviews, and coordinate leadership meetings with the team.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant
• Create store action plans and marketing to improve the business
• Manage weekly KPIs and drive goals
• Oversee inventory, par levels, and ordering systems
• Ensure security and proper handling of deposits and cash
