Job summary

Marco’s Pizza, operated by Hoogland Restaurant Group, is seeking an energetic, results‑driven General Manager to lead and develop people, ensure outstanding product quality and customer service, and drive sales while controlling costs.

You will source and interview store staff, plan and coordinate leadership meetings, manage scheduling, payroll and benefits, monitor KPIs, maintain inventory, and uphold company culture across a 50‑hour work week including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Source and interview store employees to embrace company values.
• Train team members on processes, customer service, and updated policies.
• Coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training.
• Maintain inventory standards and ensure proper par levels and ordering system.
