Job summary

Taziki's Café is hiring for a full-time management position in Cary, NC. You will lead store operations, oversee P&L performance, plan labor, and mentor a team to deliver guest-focused service. This role emphasizes food safety, menu knowledge, and strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You will also handle scheduling, coaching, and onboarding while maintaining high standards and supporting catering orders. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of upper management experience.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain Food Manager certification.
• Strong leadership, customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with restaurant Profit and Loss statements.
• Ability to recruit, train and motivate teams.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Google Suite and general computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze store P&L and plan paths to cost goals.
• Write weekly staff schedules to meet labor and development goals.
• Set the tone for shifts and give clear directions to staff.
• Mentor staff and manage quality crew development, motivation, training and evaluations.
• Maintain food safety standards and menu/product knowledge.
• Prepare catering orders with the team and support stations as needed.
• Order products, supplies, and produce; screen and onboard hourly employees.
• Ensure proper cash handling and payment procedures; serve guests.
