Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe in Cary, NC is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead daily operations, mentor staff, and uphold high standards of guest service.

You will review store performance, manage schedules and costs, ensure food safety, and maintain a positive, fast-paced environment. This full-time role offers a strong benefits package and a path to ownership for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 1–3 years management experience.
• Profit and Loss knowledge preferred.
• Ability to train, retain and motivate staff.
• Food Manager’s certification to be obtained shortly after starting.

Responsibilities

• Review store’s P&L, assist in scheduling, and help GM reach cost goals.
• Master menu and product knowledge.
• Serve guests and build connections.
• Lead the restaurant and the team during each shift.
• Set the shift tone and give clear directions to staff.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate crew development and performance.
• Support kitchen and other stations as needed.
• Assist GM with interviewing, onboarding, and training.
• Follow cash handling procedures and maintain health standards.
