Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of upper management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Ability to analyze P&L and manage labor costs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze store P&L and define paths to hit cost goals.
• Create weekly staff schedules balancing development and labor costs.
• Set the shift tone and provide clear directions on goals and duties.
• Supervise and mentor staff; manage training and evaluations.
• Ensure food safety standards and product knowledge.
