Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• English reading, writing and speaking ability.
• SERV Safe Certification required.
• Average 45-hour work week with nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor restaurant team to build leadership bench.
• Drive world-class operations, exceptional customer service, and strong financials.
• Manage costs to maximize profitability and control expenses.
