You will oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with brand standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and a passion for hospitality, with 50–60 hour weeks expected.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in food service/retail supervisory roles.
• Proven ability to analyze P&L and drive restaurant performance.
• Experience recruiting and selecting team members.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Staff the restaurant in a timely manner with a qualified team.
• Hire, train, and develop team members; execute performance plans.
• Create and manage team member schedules considering sales and costs.
• Oversee budgeting, labor and food cost control; drive sales goals.
• Maintain Wingstop standards and ensure safety and operations readiness.
• Coach and mentor staff; communicate across the organization.
