Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in food service or restaurant supervision.
• Experience analyzing profit and loss statements.
• Experience recruiting and selecting team members.
• Knowledge of labor laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work 50–60 hours per week.
