Job summary

Zax LLC is seeking a General Manager to guide a restaurant team, drive guest experiences, and manage daily operations. You will lead staffing, coaching, and development to achieve high performance, profitability, and excellent service.

Responsibilities include planning shifts, maintaining standards, and building community relations to grow sales, while controlling costs and ensuring compliance with all guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Background check and motor vehicle report required.
• Leadership and team management experience required; restaurant management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a positive culture with high team morale.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Drive sales while controlling labor costs and ensuring standards.
• Provide training, mentoring, and performance reviews for crew and managers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards.
