Job summary

Zax LLC is seeking a General Manager to guide and lead restaurant teams, maintain high morale, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will implement plans aligned with company goals, manage staffing and operations, and drive profitability while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of restaurant management, strong leadership, and the ability to train and develop team members across all shifts. The role offers full-time hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Successful background check and motor vehicle report.
• Leadership qualities, strong organizational skills, and ability to collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and drive sales growth.
• Staffing: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, retaining, and recognizing top performers; train and mentor team members.
• Create effective work schedules to optimize labor costs and service levels.
• Ensure service, product quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently upheld.
• Foster a positive culture and lead by example to maintain high team morale.
• Monitor profitability, control costs, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
