Job summary

Zax LLC seeks a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach a dynamic team, and uphold brand standards. You will drive guest satisfaction, staffing, and cost control while fostering a positive culture.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, performance reviews, and achieving sales targets through exceptional service and operational excellence. Must lead by example and ensure compliance with all policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability with 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 3–5 years of management experience.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.
