Job summary

Zax LLC is seeking a General Manager for a Zaxbys restaurant in North Carolina. You will lead the team, drive sales, and uphold safety and quality standards while delivering great guest experiences.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, cost control, and developing a positive culture. You will manage daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Complete training including Zaxbys General Manager Development Plan and Operations Excellence Capstone.
• Background check and motor vehicle report required.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams; maintain staffing levels.
• Open availability: 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
