Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Strong leadership and guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and lead the restaurant team to meet standards.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Hire and train management and crew members.
• Conduct regular meetings to discuss operations, safety and promotions.
