Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for a Hardee’s location in North Carolina. You will lead the restaurant team, drive sales growth, and uphold the highest standards in quality, service, and cleanliness while controlling costs.

You will oversee hiring, training, and coaching, ensure compliance with safety and HR policies, and focus on providing an exceptional guest experience. A strong leader with 2–5 years GM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong focus on guest service, food quality, safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant per company standards and regulations.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs to standard.
• Train management and crew using the current training system; evaluate performance.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted; assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew and management meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety and training.
• Maintain inventory and control food costs to meet variance standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Oversee cash handling and adherence to cash procedures.
• Ensure building, equipment and facilities are properly maintained and clean.
• Communicate professionally and maintain a positive relationship with the team.
