This hands-on leadership role emphasizes coaching, labor optimization, and consistent execution of brand initiatives.

The role requires 2–4 years of leadership experience with P&L accountability, strong communication, and a proactive, energetic leadership style.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leadership experience in the QSR or retail environment with P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in team building.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour workweek, including evenings, weekends, and extended shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Build People Capability and lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Recruit, train, and develop top-tier talent; mentor and provide feedback.
• Maintain brand standards and deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Oversee labor scheduling, food supply, and health & safety compliance.
• Resolve customer issues and leverage insights to improve guest experience.
• Drive sales, profits, and brand growth; monitor performance and coach toward targets.
• Manage P&L and ensure cost controls, inventory, and cash handling are in line with policy.
• Develop and execute restaurant-specific Annual Operating Plans.
