Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive exceptional customer service, and manage front- and back-of-house teams in our Humble, Texas location. You will partner with the District Manager to ensure smooth operations and strong financial results, while fostering a high-energy, guest-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in food service, retail or restaurant operations.
• Manager Food Handler Certification required.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, orient, train, schedule, and coach team members with District Manager support.
• Work with District Manager and HR to manage performance and discipline.
• Set expectations, monitor performance, and enforce policies and compensation actions.
