Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, College or University Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Background check criteria and drug test required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; proven people development.
• Ability to manage scheduling, training plans and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
