Taco Bell franchise is hiring a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will recruit and develop team members, oversee onboarding and training, schedule staff, and drive excellent customer service while maintaining profitability.

This role emphasizes internal promotion and community involvement within a franchise-owned location. Expect a demanding 50-hour work week, hands-on leadership, and a strong focus on training, team development, and operations

Qualifications

• Experience as General Manager in the restaurant industry.
• Strong personal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Solid talent- and performance-management skills.
• Guest-friendly demeanor.
• Willing to work normal schedule of 50 hours per week (all shifts).
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Fluent English-speaking and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Build Your Team: Find and hire the best Team Members and Shift Leads; conduct orientation and onboarding; train and develop staff; ensure training plans are followed; conduct bench planning; run weekly manager meetings and one-on-ones; recognize performance; resolve conflicts.
