Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Find, hire and develop employees; conduct new hire orientation and training.
• Schedule and deploy the team; address performance issues.
• Assist in managing restaurant budget and financial plans.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure great hospitality and food quality.
