Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred, but not required.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and lead the TEAM to deliver great food and a friendly guest experience.
• Hire, develop, and train employees; conduct orientation and implement training plans.
• Schedule staff and deploy the team; monitor performance and address issues.
• Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans; uphold cost controls and profitability.
• Provide leadership and clear communication to drive a positive work environment.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure high service standards.
