Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• ServeSafe Certified; valid driver's license and vehicle insurance; high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant.
• Build a strong, capable team and provide guests with great food and a friendly experience.
• Schedule and manage Team Members; monitor performance and ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain POS systems and handle cash controls; ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
