Job summary

Border Foods is seeking a General Manager in Minnesota to lead restaurant operations, drive guest experience, and cultivate a high-performing team. You will oversee all aspects of the restaurant from staffing and training to financials, P&L and compliance, while upholding Border Foods’ core values.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends and some holidays.
Exempt management position requiring minimum of 50 hours per week.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Operate the entire restaurant and build a strong, friendly team.

Schedule and deploy the team to ensure fast, safe, quality food and great customer experience.
Monitor team performance and hold staff to standards.
