Job summary

Border Foods is seeking a General Manager in Minnesota to lead restaurant operations, drive guest experience, and cultivate a high-performing team. You will oversee all aspects of the restaurant from staffing and training to financials, P&L and compliance, while upholding Border Foods’ core values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Exempt management position requiring minimum of 50 hours per week.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate the entire restaurant and build a strong, friendly team.

• Schedule and deploy the team to ensure fast, safe, quality food and great customer experience.
• Monitor team performance and hold staff to standards.
