Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager in Minnesota to lead restaurant operations, build a strong team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will drive sales, manage costs, and uphold our CORE values daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Exempt management position; minimum 50 hours per week; additional hours as needed.
• ServeSafe Certified; high school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Drive great food and a friendly guest experience, aligned with core values.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and performance of team members.
• Manage P&L, control costs, and ensure compliance with policies.
