Job summary

Border Foods LLC in Minnesota is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the restaurant operation, build a strong team, and provide customers with great food and a friendly experience.

You will reinforce Border Foods core values—Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork and Empowerment—while delivering safe, welcoming environments and driving performance. The role requires 50+ hours weekly with base pay up to $100,000 plus bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Exempt management position; ability to work long hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Ensure a great customer experience with fast, friendly service.
• Lead scheduling, labor control, and inventory management.
• Drive profitability by monitoring P&L and engaging in cost controls.
