Job summary

The Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager leads the TEAM to set the tone of the work environment and ensure outstanding customer hospitality. You will oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team that delivers great food and a friendly experience.

Key duties include hiring and developing staff, conducting new hire orientations, and designing training plans. You will schedule staff, address performance issues, handle customer concerns, and manage the restaurant's budget

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Strong preference for internal promotion from Assistant General Manager position.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong math, accounting, analytical/decision-making abilities.
• Able to sweep/mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry trash containers to outside bin.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to stand/walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during 80% of shift.
