Taco Bell Corp. franchise restaurant seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead the team, set the tone for exceptional hospitality, and oversee daily operations.

You will hire, train and develop staff, schedule effectively, address performance issues, and manage financial plans to meet targets. The right candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, a history of people development, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test
• Must have reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills
• Able to sweep/mop floors, dust shelves and lift/carry trash up to 50 lbs
• Able to clean parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
• Able to stand/walk 80% of shift time

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and train employees; conduct new hire orientations and training plans
• Schedule and deploy the team effectively; address performance issues
• Assist in managing restaurant budget and financial plans
• Provide a customer-friendly, high-quality hospitality experience
