Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, performance appraisals, ensuring food safety, maintenance, guest satisfaction, and reporting results to area coaches. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Strong preference for an internal promotion from AGM position with completed learning zone training and certifications.
• High school diploma or GED is required, Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensures cost categories (food, labor, cash, controllable expenses) are controlled to budget.
• Leads staffing to meet scheduling requirements and maintain adequate coverage.
• Performs hiring and conducts performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and AGM.
• Coaches and trains team to achieve certification and performance levels.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness, safety, and compliance with sanitation guidelines.
